Refunds & Warranties

If your purchase is damaged, defective or not properly functioning, contact us within two days of delivery or pick up and we’ll be happy to help you with a repair or a replacement. Once you’ve taken possession of your product, we’re unable to offer refunds or reselections on furniture items or accessories.
All of our products frames carry a one-year manufacturer warranty against defects or, where the manufacturer doesn’t provide a one-year warranty, one is provided by Richi Collection. This is limited to wood defects not caused by regular use or function, and reclining mechanisms. There is no return or refund for defects in the finish of the fabric or wood of any furniture. Damage of this nature is deemed regular use and is not warrantied for any reason.
Warranty does not apply to special order items, customer assembly items, floor models or as-is products.
Due to sanitary reasons, opened mattresses and bedding accessories such as linens, pillows, mattress pads, etc., are non-returnable and are considered final sale. Products covered must be in like-new condition and free of any physical damages, other than damage that may have been reported within two days of delivery or pick up. Richi Collection may obtain a product assessment prior to authorizing replacement, if necessary.
We do not credit delivery charges. Delivery charges will apply to your reselection.
Deposits (excluding special order deposits) are refundable without any fees or charges within 48 hrs. Deposits will only be refunded to the same credit or debit card used to make the purchase. Deposits made by cash will be refunded on the cash or, if the purchaser is not present, the deposit will be refunded by cheque and mailed to the person who purchased for the order.
Deposits on Pre-Order items are non-refundable after the product is shipped from the manufacturer.
All pre-orders require a 50% deposit on all purchases. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the product being ordered from the manufacturer. Once product is ordered from the manufacturer, order cancellations (including cancellation due to product delays from the manufacturer) will not be allowed and deposits on such orders are non-refundable.
